UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!!!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!

I would like ANY INPUT FROM ANYONE as to how to improve this festival in any way! Sound production and equipment will be provided by Green Mountain Sound of Danby Vermont.  Please contact Peter and Cora Bolster for your sound requirements.  Green Mountain Sound specializes in Bluegrass and Acoustical Instrument sound production.

1/2 mile WEST of Greenville on State Route 81.  Look for the Sign. Address is: 5143 Route 81, the lands of Chris Ahlf.  This is an operating farm, please be aware of fencing, holes, ruts, etc. that are associated with an operating farm.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

From the South:  Take the NYS Thruway to exit 21, Catskill.  Left at the end of the ramp, make your first right on to State Route 23 west.  About 9 miles make a right onto State Route 32 north.  10 miles into the village of Greenville make a left go 1/2 mile to location.

From the North:  Take NYS Thruway to exit 21B Coxsackie.  Left at the end of ramp onto State Route 9W south.  About 2 miles make a right onto State Route 81 west.  Travel 13 miles into Greenville, go straight through the light 1/2 mile more to location.

Grounds and Seating:

No Pets Please! This is an operating farm, please be careful as you walk the grounds.  Please be prepared to CARRY OUT WHAT YOU BRING IN.  Seating is festival style seating on blankets, sleeping bags, beach towels or lawn chairs.  Chaise lounges will not be permitted.  No umbrellas in the seating area.  The sun is HOT! Bring plenty of drinking water and sun block. Please stake out the ground you need for only the people you are with and a cooler.  Leave room for people to walk between aisles.  There will be no seating in the vehicle emergency isles, you will be asked to move.

Camping:

Primitive style overnight camping will be permitted from Friday morning  until Sunday night  IF all in your group have purchased weekend tickets.  Fires will be permitted, but must be contained. WE DO HAVE HOT SHOWERS! Tents to motor homes are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE:  August can bring with it spontaneous thunder storms with high winds.  BE SURE your tents and canopies are well staked down.  Please cover all metal stakes.

Alcohol:

Alcohol will not be served or sold on site, but you may bring in your own. NO GLASS.  REMEMBER, you will be carrying out what you bring in.  Behavior due to excessive alcohol consumption WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!

Weekend at the Gate $ 55.00 Camping Included on first come basis

Food will be provided BBQ style by Freehold Aviation on site. 

Freehold Aviation members will be selling bottled water on site.

The members of Freehold Aviation will be holding a "Town Meeting"  for all festival goers to air their concerns about the festival, (advertising, times, location, bathrooms, food vendors, ticket sales, anything of concern). Meet at 11:00 am SUNDAY in front of the "Blue Fiddle Griddle"
